When you make a booking, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Guest Numbers
Blackwoods Rd Retreat is for paying guests only. A maximum of 4 guests is permitted at any given time to ensure a peaceful and memorable stay. If you would like to have visitors during your stay, please speak with us at the Main House to make arrangements.
Booking Requirements
· Minimum stay: 2 nights
· Rates are all-inclusive, regardless of the number of guests
· Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received
· Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in to receive a full refund
Damages & Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay. If necessary, charges will be applied to the credit/debit card used at booking to cover replacements or repairs. We kindly ask that you leave the retreat in a reasonably clean condition. If no effort is made, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard and Visa (Credit or Debit cards).
Laundry Facilities
Complimentary laundry facilities are available on the property for your convenience.
BBQ & Fire Pit
Enjoy the BBQ and fire pit, but please use them responsibly and at your own risk. Firewood is provided at no extra cost.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed on the deck and outdoor areas. Please ensure all cigarettes are properly extinguished and disposed of responsibly.
Pet-Friendly
· Non-aggressive dogs are welcome
· Pets must be kept on a lead when outside
· Pets must stay indoors from dusk to dawn
· Please respect native wildlife
· Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
· Pets must not be left unattended on the property
· Extra charges may apply for excessive shedding, soiling, or damage
· Please let us know how many pets you’ll be bringing when booking
We want your stay to be peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable.
Security Cameras
Security cameras are located on the property, none of which impose on your privacy or enjoyment of the facilities.
